We know many courses have a first free class, so our model is built to be fair.

• Listing your courses on SkillGate is free
• We do not charge for every random form submit
• We charge only for Qualified Leads (QL)

A Qualified Lead = a student who confirms their interest (valid contacts, confirmation, clear intent).

What Is a “Qualified Lead”?

• Student fills the registration form with full contact details
• Phone and/or email are validated
• Student confirms attendance (via SMS, email, or one-click)
• Clear intent to participate in your free class or course

You pay only when the lead is real and verified.

To protect your time and free first classes, SkillGate introduces a Student Reputation System.

• Each student receives a reliability level based on past behavior
• Academies can rate students after registrations and classes
• No-shows and fake signups lower the reputation score
• Responsible learners are rewarded with a higher reputation

Student Reputation Levels

Simple, transparent levels that help you instantly understand who you’re working with:

Excellent Good Neutral Warning Restricted

• Excellent / Good: always attend, communicate, complete courses
• Neutral: new or mixed history
• Warning: multiple cancellations or no-shows
• Restricted: repeated no-shows and fake contacts

How You Rate Students

After each registration or free class, you can quickly mark:

• ✅ Attended & participated
• ✅ Completed intro class / enrolled
• ⭕ Cancelled but informed ahead of time
• ❌ Didn’t attend (no-show)
• ❌ Fake or invalid contacts
• ❌ Cancelled at the last moment

These simple actions update the student's reputation on SkillGate.

Protection for Your Free Classes

For students with low reputation:

• Warning level: confirmation required (SMS/email)
• Restricted level: must pay a deposit or prepayment
• Deposit is only required from students who repeatedly don’t show up
• Reliable students keep enjoying free intro classes as usual

This protects your time and classroom seats from non-responsible behavior.
